Had the worst thanksgiving ever in a hotel. Got no hot water for two days and the breakfast was just okay. They offered some fruit and bread but if you wanted anything else, it was quite pricey. the rooftop bar was a complete disaster, from the extremely loud music that went on until early hours to the unfriendly staff. the hotel had a nice design with a desert style touch and the air conditioning helped a lot with the heat. the location was also a plus, just a few steps from the main avenue and near the beach road. Dislikes: Unfortunately, this hotel was not what I expected. the cornered room was surrounded by the noise of traffic, the loud music from the neighboring bar, and the insanely loud music that reverberated through the open courtyard middle of the hotel. There was no soundproofing, and we lost about 2 hours of sleep every night because of the music. Another bad thing was the lack of closet space and drawers in the room, even though the price we paid was not cheap at all. the staff was pretty unfriendly and haughty, and all the experience with them was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The modern design and comfortable bed made me feel right at home. The rooftop pool offered a great view and was the perfect place to relax. The location next to the Tulum downtown made it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel.

One drawback I experienced was the noise from the hotel bar and neighboring bars. However, the hotel bar usually stopped playing music around 11pm, so it didn't disrupt my sleep too much.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms, great breakfast, and helpful staff. The hotel's aesthetic and comfortable rooms were a plus, along with the included breakfast that provided plenty to keep us going throughout the day. The central location was perfect, with shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby.

During my Easter trip, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's prime location. It was located near several shops and restaurants, making it a great spot to stay. I also appreciated the efficient and fast services that were provided during my stay. the breakfast provided was absolutely exquisite and plentiful.

the noise level in the room was quite high, making rest difficult. Though the hotel had potential, it was poorly managed, and there was no hotel manager to assist in addressing the many issues that arose during my stay.

Perfect location for exploring the city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were very comfortable, including a lovely sun terrace outside my room. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and there was a great variety of food available.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to the beach road. We loved being able to explore the downtown area and have easy access to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The included breakfast was a great perk, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the outside sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
